The Team Image is No Longer Under My PIN

With team photos—specifically team composites—there may occasionally be quality or accuracy issues. These can include, but are not limited to:

• An incorrect athlete or coach included in the composite
• A missing player or coach
• Incorrect team name or division information

In some cases, these issues are only identified after the images have already been made available for viewing or purchase.

What Happens If an Issue Is Found?

If a team composite requires correction:

• The composite will be temporarily removed from availability.
• It will not reappear until the necessary revisions have been completed and verified.

Correction Timeline

• Simple issues are typically resolved within one week or less.
• More complex corrections may take additional time, depending on the nature of the issue.
