Where Is My Team Photo?

If you've received your proof but you only see your individual images and your team photo is not showing under your PIN, it is typically due to one of the following reasons:

1. Your Team Photo Is a Composite

Your team photo may be a team composite, which is a digitally created image made from individual player and coach photos.

Because of this:

• The composite often cannot be completed until after make-up day, allowing as many athletes as possible to be included.
• Individual photos may be released before the team composite is ready to avoid long delays for families.

If your team photo is a composite, you can choose to:

• Wait until it is available before ordering, or
• Order now and place a separate order later for the team image

Good to know: The pricing deadline will reset once the team composite is released. You will receive an email notification when it becomes available.

2. The Team Photo Has Not Been Linked Yet

In some cases, the team photo may not yet be associated with the correct team or division in our system. Once this is corrected, the image will appear under the appropriate PIN.
