What if the Entire Team is Not Present on Picture Day?

If the full team is not present on picture day, we still encourage each athlete who is present to take their individual photos. In addition, athletes who are present may go ahead and take the team photo with the available team members.

Can we wait to take the team photo?

If a make‑up picture day is scheduled or will be scheduled, teams may choose to wait and take their team photo on that date in order to have the entire team—or the majority of the team—present. This decision is completely optional and based on what works best for your team.

Can athletes or coaches be added later to a team photo?

No. We cannot add an athlete or coach to a team photo that was taken live as a group. If an individual is not present at the time the team photo is taken, they will not appear in that team photo.

What about team composite photos?

If your team photo is being created as a team composite, individual photos of each athlete and coach are combined into one team image. With composite team photos:

• Athletes and coaches photographed on different dates can still appear together in the same team photo.
• This option provides more flexibility when full team attendance on a single day is not possible but is determined by the league, not per team.
