I Didn't Register Before Graduation. How Can I Find My Photos?

For many of our graduation ceremonies, the fastest way to sort through all of the hundreds, if not thousands, of photos taken is to use facial recognition. For this reason, we will often ask you to upload a photo of yourself within the registration email you were sent prior to your event, so your photos can be easily linked to you and you can receive your proofs quickly.

If you did not complete this process or have not received your graduation ceremony proofs, please contact Customer Service so we can assist in locating your images.

To help us find your photos as quickly as possible, please provide the following information:

• Your full name
• The name of the person who walked the stage immediately before and/or after you (if known)
• A photo of yourself, preferably taken on the day of graduation
• A description of anything identifiable you were wearing, such as a yellow sash, pink lei, honor cords, decorated cap, or other distinctive items

Providing these details helps our team search ceremony records more efficiently and locate your images faster.
