Why Is There a Rescheduling Fee for My Appointment?
Our formal portrait sessions, such as High School Senior Portraits and College Cap & Gown Portraits, are scheduled by appointment and reserve dedicated time with our photographers and studio staff.
When an appointment is missed without 24 hour notice or is rescheduled at the last minute, that reserved time often cannot be filled by another customer. As a result, our photographers, studio space, and staff remain scheduled even though the appointment did not take place.
To help offset these costs and encourage timely cancellations or changes, a rescheduling fee may apply if an appointment is missed or changed without sufficient notice.
How Can I Avoid the Rescheduling Fee?
If you know you won't be able to attend your appointment, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible.
Providing advance notice gives us the opportunity to offer your appointment time to another customer and may help you avoid a rescheduling fee, depending on the circumstances.
