Why Is One of My Photos in Black and White?
You may notice that one or more of your photos appear in black and white while the rest of your photos are in color. This is usually intentional and is most common with sports photography.
Why Is My Photo Black and White?
Occasionally, our photographers may capture a photo using a black-and-white filter as an artistic choice. We like to offer a variety of photographic styles, and a black-and-white image can provide a different look and feel from the other color photos in your gallery.
If you see a black-and-white photo among your color images, it does not indicate an issue with your photos or gallery. The image was intentionally captured that way during the photography session.
Can the Photo Be Changed Back to Color?
No. Because the black-and-white filter was applied when the photo was taken, the original image was captured without the color information needed to simply revert it to a color photograph.
The black-and-white version is therefore the intended final image.
We hope you enjoy having a variety of photographic styles to choose from!
