(Coaches) My Buddy Photo is Not Under My PIN

If you're a coach and you have received a voucher code to redeem a free Coach's 5x7 Buddy Photo but your buddy photo is not under your PIN, the image is usually under your athlete's PIN.

You CAN use your coach voucher code on the buddy photo in your athlete's online photo gallery.

Using your athlete's proof email:

• Click the "View your photos" button

• Select your preferred buddy photo
• If applicable, select a background
• Click "Shop Products" or "Order Picture"
• On the next page, click the "Individual Prints" tab or scroll down to that section
• Select "Coach's 5x7 Buddy Print" and click "Add to Cart"

• Preview, then click "Continue"
• When you're ready to checkout, select "Guest Checkout"
• Complete the billing and shipping page
• On the next page, you will enter your voucher code in the Discount box

• Click "Apply Code"
• Your balance should now be $0.00, unless you have additional items in your cart.
• Follow the prompts to complete the transaction

You will know your order has been successfully submitted once you see your Order ID number on the screen.
