Why Do I Only See the Substitute League Package Option?

You may only see the substitute league package option for one of the following reasons:


  • The standard league package has already been redeemed (one per athlete).
  • Your team photo is not currently associated with your athlete's name/PIN and does not appear in your online photo gallery. A team photo is required for the standard league package.

If there is a team image associated with your PIN and it appears in your photo gallery online, then the issue might be that it was not initially there at the time proofs were first sent out. This could have been due to a data issue that has since been resolved.


If the latter is the issue, you can reach out to customer service for assistance placing your order for the standard package or ask for a new voucher code to redeem the substitute package instead.
