Correcting Errors Before Submitting an Order
If you notice any errors or issues in your photos or in any pre-filled text or titles during the ordering process, DO NOT complete your order.
What to Do Instead
- Contact Customer Service immediately via email or phone.
- Our team will assist in correcting the issue before you place your order.
- Please wait for confirmation that the correction has been made before submitting your order.
Important Reminder
- Orders cannot be edited once submitted.
- For changes to be made after an order has been submitted, the order will need to be canceled, corrections made, then you can place a new order.
- If an order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be changed.
- In these cases, you must wait to receive the order, return the item, and then place a new corrected order after the return is received.
- Reprint fees may apply
