I'm Missing My Buddy Photos

If you know you or your athlete took buddy photos but they are not showing under your PIN, it is typically due to one of the following reasons:

1. Photos Are Under a Different PIN

Buddy photos may be associated with another participant’s PIN, such as a sibling or parent coach.

We recommend checking all PINs within your family to see if the images appear there.

2. Photos Were Not Made Available

In some cases, buddy photos may not be released due to quality issues, such as:

• Lighting or flash errors
• Camera focus problems
• Subjects blinking or not looking at the camera

Only images that meet our quality standards are made available for viewing and purchase.

3. Photos Are Not Yet Linked to a Name

The images may exist in our system but are not yet associated with any participant’s name or PIN. When this happens, they will not appear in any gallery.

If you’re still unable to locate your buddy photos, please contact Customer Service for further assistance. Our team can help locate and properly link the images when possible.
