Why We Charge for Shipping

Ultimate Exposures ships all customer school orders directly to the home rather than to schools.

Shipping is an essential part of our ordering model and allows us to provide flexibility, quality, and efficiency for families and schools. 

Key reasons for our shipping model include: 

• Order Flexibility: 

  Families can place orders at their convenience for up to 10 years after an event. Shipping to schools would require firm ordering deadlines and eliminate this flexibility. 

• Green Ordering Option: 

  Many schools choose the UE Green Ordering Option, which eliminates paper order forms, pre-printed packages, and wasted materials—especially for make-up days. This environmentally responsible approach does result in a small shipping fee. 

• Post-View Ordering: 

  Families order after viewing photos, and since orders are placed at different times, it is not logistically possible to batch and ship them back to the school. 

• Secure Delivery: 

  Shipping directly to the home ensures orders arrive safely and are not damaged in backpacks or lost at school. 

• Reduced School Burden: 

  Direct shipping allows schools and teachers to focus on education rather than retail distribution.
