What If I Can't Attend Picture Day?

If you know you won't be able to attend your scheduled picture day, please contact Customer Service to ask whether your league has a scheduled make-up day.

If a make-up day is already planned, we'll be happy to provide you with the details.

If there is not currently a make-up day on our calendar, or the league has not yet finalized the details of an upcoming make-up day, we can add your athlete to our internal make-up day list.

If your league schedules a make-up day—or if an in-studio photography opportunity becomes available—you will be contacted with additional information.

Please note that being added to the make-up day list does not guarantee that a make-up session will be scheduled, but it ensures we have your information should another opportunity become available.
