Why is There Only One Download Option? (SPORTS)

When a team photo/composite is not yet available, all download options beyond the single-image download are temporarily removed.


Once the team photo/composite has been completed and uploaded to all applicable PINs, an email notification will be sent to parents letting them know it’s available on our website. At that time, all download options will be restored and a new order deadline will be provided.


Typically, missing team composites are available under all PINs within 1–2 weeks after make-up day, though in rare cases it may take a little longer.
