I'm Receiving a Server Error. What Should I Do?

A server error is typically temporary and does not necessarily indicate a problem with your account or order. It can occur for a variety of reasons, including temporary website maintenance, high website traffic, or a brief interruption in communication between your device and our servers.

Before contacting Customer Service, please try the following:

  • Refresh the page and try again.
  • Wait a few minutes and retry your request.
  • Close your browser completely and reopen it.
  • Clear your browser's cache and cookies.
  • Try using a different web browser or device.
  • If you're on a mobile device, try switching between Wi-Fi and cellular data.

If you were in the middle of placing an order, please do not submit your order multiple times, as this could result in duplicate orders or charges. Instead, first check your email for an order confirmation to see if your order was successfully submitted.

If the error continues after trying the steps above, please contact our Customer Service team by  email or phone. When possible, please include:

  • A screenshot of the error message.
  • The page you were on when the error occurred.
  • What you were trying to do (for example, viewing photos, placing an order, or checking out).
  • The device and web browser you were using.

Providing this information will help us investigate the issue and assist you as quickly as possible.
