Can I Return or Receive a Refund for a Digital Download?

No. All sales of digital products are final. Because digital downloads cannot be physically returned or verified as unused, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for digital items once they have been purchased.

This policy applies to all digital products, including:

• Print Resolution Digital Downloads
• Web Resolution Digital Downloads
• Multi-Image Download Packages
• Animations and any other downloadable digital image products

Why Are Digital Downloads Non-Refundable?

Unlike physical products, digital files can be saved, copied, or shared immediately after they are delivered. Because there is no way to return a digital file once access has been provided, all digital purchases are considered final.

This policy is also displayed in the download section during the ordering process before completing the purchase of digital products.

Before submitting your order, we recommend confirming that you have selected:

• The correct image(s)
• The correct background (if applicable)
• The correct digital product
• The correct quantity

Once a digital order has been submitted, it cannot be canceled or refunded simply because you selected the wrong image, changed your mind, or no longer need the download.
