What is the Resolution of Your Downloads?

Our digital images are guaranteed to produce a high-quality print up to 11x14 without any noticeable loss in clarity. All photos are taken and delivered in JPEG/JPG format, which is the only format we offer.

In general, our files fall within the 2000px × 2500px range. JPEG/JPG files are naturally smaller due to compression, but this is standard in large scale photography industry and works reliably within our systems and storage processes. For reference, the industry standard for a high-resolution image is 300 PPI or higher, which our images typically meet.

Please note that we cannot increase or adjust the resolution of our digital image. The file you downloaded is the same file we use for all professional printing on our end.

If you download the file to a mobile device, many phones automatically compress images to save storage space, which can make the file appear smaller or lower quality than it actually is. We recommend downloading your image from a computer instead—this often prevents this issue.
