I Never Received My Download

If you've purchased a digital download but haven't received the email containing your download links, don't worry. In most cases, the issue can be resolved by checking a few common causes.

Check Your Spam or Junk Folder

The most common reason customers don't see their download email is because it was filtered into their Spam, Junk, Promotions, or another email folder.

Try searching your email for "Ultimate Exposures" or "Download" to help locate the message.

Verify the Email Address Used for Your Order

Your download links are only sent to the email address entered in the Billing Information section during checkout.

Many customers have multiple email addresses and accidentally check a different inbox than the one used to place the order.

If you're unsure which email address was used, check your order receipt or confirmation email. The billing email shown on your receipt is the address where your download links will be sent.

Did You Purchase a Download with Ultimate Retouching?

If your digital download includes Ultimate Retouching, your images must first be professionally edited before they are delivered.

Because a production artist completes the retouching, these download emails are typically sent within 3 business days after your order is placed.

This delivery timeframe is displayed on our website during the ordering process.

Still Haven't Received Your Download Email?

In rare cases, there may be a technical issue that delays the delivery of download emails.

If you have:

• Checked your Spam or Junk folder,
• Verified you're checking the correct email address used during checkout, and
• Confirmed that your order isn't still within the 3-business-day retouching timeframe,
