How Can I See My Photos If I Didn't Register for the Event?
If you or your athlete did not complete registration before Picture Day, you may still be able to receive your proofs. The process depends on the type of event.
School & Sport Events
For most photography events, registration is not required to receive your proofs.
Even if a student or athlete was not registered, proofs will typically still be sent using the contact information provided to us by the school, league, or organization.
However, if the contact information provided by the school or league is outdated or incorrect or the school or league did not provide us any information, you may not receive your proof email.
If you believe you should have received proofs but have not, please contact our Customer Service team. We can help determine whether we have the correct contact information and assist with locating your images.
Graduation Ceremonies Using Facial Recognition
Graduation ceremonies are different when facial recognition is used to identify and distribute images.
For these events, registration is required because the information and reference photo provided during registration are used to help locate your images.
If you did not complete your registration before the graduation ceremony and have not received your proofs, please contact our Customer Service team and provide as much of the following information as possible:
- Your full name
- The name of the person who walked the stage immediately before or after you, if known
- Any easily identifiable items you were wearing, such as a flower lei, yellow sash, blue cords, special stole, etc.
- A straightforward photo of yourself, preferably a photo taken on graduation day
This information can help our team locate your images when facial recognition could not be used because you did not complete registration.
