My Senior's Proof Only Shows Their School Polo — Where Are the Other Photos?

For most High School Senior Portrait sessions, you may receive two separate proof emails.

This is normal and does not necessarily mean something is wrong with your order or gallery.

First Proof — School Year Photo

The first proof typically contains the basic school-year photo, which is often the pose used for school ID purposes.

This is usually the photo taken in a school uniform, polo, or other school-approved attire.

Second Proof — Formal Senior Portraits

A few days later, you will typically receive another proof containing the rest of the photos taken during the senior portrait session, such as:

  • Cap and gown
  • Tuxedo or drape
  • Formal poses
  • Other senior portrait poses

Why Are They Sent Separately?

Since senior portrait photos can take a while to process but school IDs need to be ordered quickly, the proofs are sent separately.

The second proof will have a different PIN.

If you received a proof containing only the school-year photos, wait for the additional proof email before assuming your other senior portraits are missing.

If you have questions or believe you should have already received the second proof, contact Customer Service.
