Why Am I Being Charged for the Free 5x7 Team Photo?

The 5×7 team photo is free when the voucher code included in your proof email is applied at checkout.

The use of the voucher code is required and usage instructions are noted in the ordering instructions on our website and are as follows:

1. Click on YOUR ATHLETE'S INDIVIDUAL PHOTO (Not the team photo)
2. Click Shop Products
3. The first option on the next page is the FREE 5x7 Team Print

(The voucher code covers the entire cost of the the print, tax, and shipping)

*Be sure the print selected is priced at $6.00, as that is the value of the voucher code.
