Where Can I Find My Tracking Number?
When the upgraded shipping option with tracking is selected at checkout, a tracking number will be generated and stored in our system once your order ships.
A shipping notification email will be sent to you when your order ships. Please note that the tracking number is not included in this email.
How to Obtain Your Tracking Number
After your order has shipped, you can request your tracking number by contacting Customer Support via:
- Live chat
- Phone
Our team will be happy to provide it to you.
Orders That Automatically Include Tracking
Tracking numbers are automatically included with orders that contain large or non-standard items, including but not limited to:
- 11×14 prints
- Panoramic prints
- Large framed prints
Split Shipments
Some larger items may ship separately from the rest of your order. If this happens, multiple shipments may be created for a single order and the larger item may receive a tracking number.
Again, if you'd like a tracking number for your order, it can be selected at checkout. See example below.
