What If I Don't Like My Photos or Missed Picture Day?

If you missed picture day or are unhappy with the photos taken, most events do offer at least one make-up day.

How to Check for a Make-Up Day

If you are unsure whether your event has a make-up day scheduled, please contact Customer Service for assistance. Our team can be reached via:

If No Make-Up Day Is Currently Scheduled:

• Your name can be added to a make-up day interest list.
• You will be contacted if a new make-up day is arranged.

Please note that being added to the list does not guarantee that a make-up day will occur.

• Private or in-studio appointments are not available.
• All retakes must take place during an officially scheduled make-up day.
