Customer Service Operating Hours

Customer service is available:

  • Monday through Friday
  • 9:00 AM PST to 5:30 PM PST

All offices are closed New Year's Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. We also close early at 1:00pm PST on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.
