When Will I Receive My Proofs?

After picture day, photo proofs are typically delivered via email and text within 2–7 business days.

Search your inbox for “ultimateexposures.com” and check your Spam/Junk/Promotions folder.

Delays may occur if required data is missing or incorrect, such as email addresses or phone numbers. When this happens, proofs cannot be delivered until the correct information is obtained.

Delays may also occur if there are no individual images under a PIN. This could be because the student or athlete was not photographed on picture day or their images have not been linked to their PIN yet.

On rare occasion, there might even be a delay due to missing or incorrect data provided by your school or sports league.

If it has been at least one week since picture day and you’re sure that the student/athlete (or yourself) was photographed, please email us and include the following information:

• Who was photographed
• Event or school name
• Photo date

This information will help us assist you as quickly as possible.
