How to Redeem Your Discounted Download

If you purchased a sitting that included a discounted digital download as part of your sitting fee, please follow the steps below to redeem your download.

Redemption Steps

Click the photo you would like to receive as a digital download.
Select a background, if applicable.
Above the photo on the right side of the screen, click “Place Your Order.”
Open the Downloads & Retouching tab.
Scroll to “Print Resolution Download (No Retouching)” – $65.00 and click “Add to Cart.”
Preview your selection and click “Continue.”
When finished ordering, click “View Your Cart.”
If everything looks correct, click “Proceed to Checkout.”
Select “Guest Checkout,” enter your shipping and billing information, then click “Continue.”

Applying Your Voucher Code

Your voucher code is provided in your proof email.
On page two of checkout, enter the code in the Discount box and click “Apply Code.”

Follow the remaining prompts to complete your order.
