If you notice any errors or issues in your photos or in any pre-filled text or titles during the ordering process, DO NOT complete your order.


What to Do Instead

  • Contact Customer Service immediately via email or phone.
  • Our team will assist in correcting the issue before you place your order.
  • Please wait for confirmation that the correction has been made before submitting your order.

Important Reminder

  • Orders cannot be edited once submitted.
  • For changes to be made after an order has been submitted, the order will need to be canceled, corrections made, then you can place a new order.
  • If an order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be changed.
  • In these cases, you must wait to receive the order, return the item, and then place a new corrected order after the return is received.
  • Reprint fees may apply
