How to Select Your Yearbook Pose

1. Click “View Photos” in your proof email.
2. Click on the photo you would like to use in the yearbook.
   • Important: You cannot select a custom background for yearbook photos. Only images with the school's pre-selected background are available, as your school requires all yearbook photos to have a uniform background.
3. Click the “Select Yearbook Pose” button located above the photo.
4. Click “Save Yearbook Pose.”
5. Close the pop-up by clicking the “X” in the top right corner.
6. You should now see your chosen image marked with a yellow yearbook icon in the corner.

Important Deadlines

• Pose selections must be made within two days of proofs being sent out, unless otherwise noted.

• If you the yearbook button is no longer available, it may indicate that you are past the timeframe to make your pose selection.

• If no selection is made in time, the default image will be used.
  • The default image is the first image taken in your student’s series of photos
  • If you the yearbook button is no longer available, it may indicate that you are past the timeframe to make your pose selection.
