Can I Arrive at a Different Time?

We ask that athletes and teams arrive at their scheduled picture day time whenever possible.

Our photography schedule is carefully planned to keep the event running on time for every team. Arriving at your assigned time helps minimize wait times and ensures all athletes can be photographed efficiently.

If you arrive outside of your scheduled time, please understand that we are unable to move other teams or appointments to accommodate late or early arrivals.

Our photographers will do their best to fit you in if time allows, but we cannot guarantee that you'll be photographed if you miss your scheduled time.
