If you, your student or your athlete missed the original Picture Day, a Make-Up Day may be available. Please review the information below carefully before attending.

Make-Up Day Dates and Times

Make-Up Day dates, times, and locations are subject to change due to school or league schedules, photographer availability, and other circumstances. Please check this page regularly for the most current information.

Not every school, league, or event will have a Make-Up Day.

Do I Need an Appointment?

Some Make-Up Days require a scheduled appointment, while others may have different arrangements depending on the event.

Please do not assume you can arrive at any time during the hours listed. Review the instructions for your specific event and schedule an appointment when required.

If you arrive outside of your scheduled appointment time, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to photograph you. Other customers' appointments cannot be moved to accommodate late or unscheduled arrivals.

Make-Up Day Availability May Be Limited

Make-Up Days are often smaller events with fewer photographers and staff than the original Picture Day. As a result, available appointment times may be limited.

We strongly recommend scheduling as soon as appointments become available and arriving on time for your scheduled session.

What Will Be Available at Make-Up Day?

The photography options available during a Make-Up Day may vary from the original Picture Day.

Depending on the event, certain photos or services may not be available, including:

Team photos
Buddy photos
Team composites
Certain poses

If you have questions about what will be available at a particular Make-Up Day, please contact Customer Service before your appointment.

I Can't Attend the Available Make-Up Day

If you cannot attend the Make-Up Day listed for your event, please contact our Customer Service team. We can add you to our internal Make-Up Day list.

If your school or league schedules another Make-Up Day or an in-studio opportunity becomes available, we can contact you when additional options are offered.

Please note that being added to the list does not guarantee that another Make-Up Day will be scheduled.

I Don't See My Event Listed

If your event does not appear on the Make-Up Day schedule, there may not currently be a confirmed Make-Up Day for your school or league.

You can contact Customer Service to ask whether:

A Make-Up Day is being planned but has not yet been confirmed.
Your event has an upcoming date that has not been opened for scheduling.
You can be added to our internal Make-Up Day notification list.
