Can My Student Attend Make-Up Day If They Already Had Their Photos Taken?

Yes! If your student already had their photos taken on the original Picture Day, they can still attend a Make-Up Day if they would like to have another opportunity to be photographed.

This can be helpful if your student would like to try for a different photo or if you simply didn't like the original photos taken.

Will I Receive a New Proof Email?

Not necessarily.

When your student is photographed on Make-Up Day, the new images will typically be added to the same PIN as their original photos.

Because the images are being added to the existing gallery, you may not receive a new proof email. Instead, check the proof email you previously received and use the original PIN to access the gallery and look for the newly added images.

Can the New Photo Be Used for Their School ID?

If your student's school ID has already been ordered using their original photo, the Make-Up Day photo will not be able to replace it through the original order.

However, if you would like a different photo on the ID, you are welcome to purchase a replacement ID through our website using the student's proof email, when available.

*If the Make-Up Day Does Not Require an Appointment

If your student's Make-Up Day is being held during school hours and appointments are not required, we recommend contacting the school ahead of time to find out how students will be released from class.

Because your student has already been photographed, the school may not automatically identify them as someone who needs to be sent to the photographers for Make-Up Day. Checking with the school in advance can help ensure your student is not overlooked.
