Why Can't I Add Retouching To My Order?

Retouching is an image editing service, not a physical product. Because of this, retouching cannot be purchased on its own and must be added to an eligible product in your cart.


How to Add Retouching to Your Order

  • You must first add prints or specialty (physical) products to your cart.
  • Once a physical item is in your cart, you will be able to select retouching options during the ordering process.
  • Retouching cannot be selected unless a qualifying product is already in the cart.

Retouching & Digital Downloads

  • Retouching cannot be added separately to digital downloads.
  • If you would like a retouched digital image, you must select a digital download option that already includes retouching.
  • Individual retouching options are only available for physical products, not digital items.

Important Reminders

  • Retouching is a service and will not appear as a standalone item.
  • Digital files and physical products follow different retouching rules, so please review product descriptions carefully before completing your order.
