Why Can't I Download My Digital Image?
If you're having trouble downloading your digital images, don't worry—there are several common reasons this can happen, and most are easy to resolve.
Your Download Link Has Expired
For standard digital downloads, your download links remain active for 30 days from the time the email is sent.
If more than 30 days have passed, your links will no longer work. Please contact our Customer Service team, and we'll be happy to assist you.
The Download Email Is in Another Folder
Your download email may have been filtered into your Spam, Junk, Promotions, or another email folder.
Try searching your email for "Ultimate Exposures" or "Download" to help locate the message.
The Download Is Still Being Processed
If you purchased a digital download that includes Ultimate Retouching, your images must first be professionally retouched before they are delivered.
These downloads are typically emailed within 3 business days after your order is placed.
The Download Didn't Complete
Occasionally, a download may be interrupted due to a slow or unstable internet connection.
If this happens, try:
- Clicking the download link again.
- Using a different web browser.
- Trying another device.
- Switching to a more stable internet connection.
Your Browser Is Blocking the Download
Some browsers or browser extensions may prevent files from downloading automatically.
If nothing happens when you click the download link, check whether your browser is blocking pop-ups or downloads and allow downloads from our website if prompted.
You're Using an Unsupported Device or Browser
If you're having trouble on one device, try downloading your images using a different device or an updated web browser.
