Why Can't I Download My Digital Image?

Once you purchase a digital image/download, the link to that image(s) will typically be received within 15 minutes. (*Unless they are downloads with retouching) Once delivered, the link will remain active for 30 days. After that timeframe, the link is no longer active and you will need to reach out to customer service for a new link to be sent. Depending on the type of image, they may just attach the image(s) to an email reply.
