Can I Return My Order?

If there is an issue with part or all of your order, you may be eligible to return your prints for replacement.


First Step: Contact Customer Service

Before returning anything, please contact us via chat, email, or phone so we can review the issue. We will determine whether the concern is due to:

  • A production error
  • A quality issue
  • A misunderstanding or expectation issue

Refund & Replacement

  • If the issue is not due to an error on our part, a refund will not be issued. Depending of the issue, a return may be required.
  • If the issue is due to an error on our part, we will attempt to correct the issue and replace the affected portion. If correction to industry standards can not be made, you may request a refund. A return is not required.
  • Refunds are not issued simply because a customer has changed their mind or does not like the image itself.

Our goal is always to make things right when possible.


Damaged Prints

If your prints arrive damaged:

  • Contact us via chat, email, or phone.
  • Please provide photos of the damage so we can submit them to our lab along with a reprint request.
  • Damaged prints do not need to be returned prior to replacement.

Special Print Considerations

Metallic Prints

If you are unhappy with the appearance of metallic prints, we can offer to reprint the images on standard photo paper.

Please note:

  • A reprint fee applies (lab cost of prints + tax + shipping).
  • This option does not qualify for a refund.

Digital Downloads

All sales of digital images are final.

Due to the nature of digital products, downloads are non-refundable and non-returnable, as they cannot be physically returned once delivered.
