How Do I Download My Photos After Purchase?

If you have already purchased a digital download from Ultimate Exposures, your download link will be sent by email after your order is submitted.

Where Will I Receive My Download Link?

The download link will be sent to the email address entered as the billing email address when the order was placed.

For standard digital downloads, the email containing your download link is typically sent within 15 minutes of submitting your order.

If you purchased a digital download that includes Ultimate Retouching, please allow up to 3 business days for the download link to be sent. This additional processing time is required for the retouching to be completed.

How Do I Download My Photos?

Once you receive the email containing your download link:

1. Open the email from Ultimate Exposures.
2. Click the download link provided in the email.
3. Follow the instructions on the download page to save your image to your device.
4. Once downloaded, you can access and print your digital image or have it printed through a printing service of your choice.

I Haven't Received My Download Link

If you purchased a standard digital download and it has been more than 15 minutes, first check your spam, junk, promotions, or other filtered folders.

Also, confirm that you are checking the same email address you entered as the billing email address when placing your order. Download links are only sent to the billing email address associated with the order.

If you purchased a download with Ultimate Retouching, remember that the link can take up to 3 business days to arrive.

Digital downloads are nonrefundable and cannot be returned. Please make sure you download and save your purchased images after receiving your download link. Download links are available for 30 days after delivery.
