When Will I Receive My Digital Downloads?

The delivery time for your digital downloads depends on whether you ordered retouching.

• Downloads without retouching: Typically delivered within 5–15 minutes after your order is successfully submitted.
• Downloads with Ultimate Retouching: Please allow up to 3 business days for delivery.

Your download links will be sent to the email address entered in the billing information when you placed your order.

If you don't see your download email within the expected timeframe, check your spam or junk folder.
