Where Can I Find My PIN?

PINs are provided only after picture day and are sent via proof email. These proof emails are typically delivered 2–7 business days after picture day.

Please note:

• PINs are not included in text notifications.
• You must access your PIN through the proof email.

Can’t Find Your Proof Email?

If you are unable to locate your proof email after picture day:

1. Check your spam or junk folder first, as proof emails are sometimes filtered.
2. Try searching Ultimate Exposures in your email inbox
3. If you still cannot find the email, please contact Customer Service for assistance.
