How Do I Order Digital Downloads?

You can order digital downloads directly from your photo gallery using the link in your proof email. Follow the steps below to select your downloads and complete your order.

Step 1: Access Your Photos

1. Open your proof email from Ultimate Exposures.
2. Click View Your Photos!
3. Click the first image you would like to order.
4. Click Continue to Order.

Step 2: Select Your Digital Downloads

1. Click the gray Retouching & Downloads tab.
   • On a mobile device: Click the gray All Products tab at the top, then select Retouching & Downloads, or scroll down to that section.
2. You will see the retouching options first. Scroll down to find the Digital Downloads packages.

3. Choose the download package that includes the number of images you want. Packages typically range from 1 to 6 downloads.

   Important: Some events have two separate download sections, one with Ultimate Retouching included and one without. Make sure you select your package from the correct section.

4. Click Add to Cart.

Step 3: Select Your Images

For sports events only:

1. Use the drop-down menus to select the type of images you want, such as Athlete or Team.
2. Click Continue.
3. Select an image for each box.
4. Click Continue.

Step 4: Review and Complete Your Order

1. Review your selected options.
2. Click Continue.
3. If you would like to order additional products, click Back to Images to return to your photo gallery and select more items.
4. If you are finished shopping, click Checkout and follow the prompts to complete your order.

When Will I Receive My Digital Downloads?

After your order is successfully submitted, your digital download link is typically emailed to the billing email address used for your order within about 15 minutes. If your downloads include retouching, please allow up to 3 business days for delivery.
